The website is intended to present Maistomatai solutions: food vending machines, machine types, possible configurations, software functions, installation, service, warranty and post-warranty maintenance and individual B2B solution options.
The information is intended for business clients, food producers, farmers, retail locations, gas stations, business centres, residential area developers, HoReCa businesses and other entities interested in automated food retail.
3. Nature of the information
The information on the website is general in nature. It is not individual technical, legal, financial, food safety or investment advice. The conditions of a specific project, technical configuration, price, timelines, service scope and allocation of responsibilities are determined individually.

Any commercial offer is valid only under the conditions and within the period specified in that offer. Unless stated otherwise in the offer, it is not considered a final commitment until a contract or other written agreement is concluded.
6. Technical parameters and configuration
Technical parameters, functions, capacity, temperature ranges, compartment sizes, software capabilities, payment solutions, integrations and other data shown on the website may vary depending on the specific model, manufacturer, configuration and project conditions.

9. Responsibility for food products
Maistomatai are equipment and a technological solution for selling food products. The product supplier, operator or other entity responsible for the sale is responsible for the specific food products, their composition, labelling, quality, fitness for consumption, expiry dates, storage instructions, restocking, removal, pricing and information provided to consumers.
The operator or product supplier must ensure that food sales comply with applicable food safety, labelling, hygiene, traceability, HACCP, Lithuanian State Food and Veterinary Service requirements and other applicable laws.
MB “Univendor” is responsible for the supplied equipment, installation, launch, service and other technical services within the scope set out in the contract or individual offer. Unless separately agreed in writing, MB “Univendor” is not responsible for the operator’s or product supplier’s food safety processes, product restocking, expiry date administration or the compliance of food products with applicable laws.
10. Installation, service and warranty
The conditions of installation, launch, training, warranty and post-warranty maintenance, technical service, response time, spare parts and other services are determined in the individual offer, contract or warranty documents.
Statements on the website about service in Lithuania, fast response or spare parts in Lithuania should be understood as a general description of services. Specific deadlines, scope and conditions are determined according to the selected equipment, location, warranty terms and service agreement.
11. User obligations
By using the website, you undertake to:
- provide accurate and non-misleading information;
- not use the website for unlawful purposes;
- not attempt to compromise website security or operation;
- not send malicious code, spam or misleading enquiries;
