Specific configurations, features, technical parameters and pricing are agreed individually and stated in a commercial proposal or contract. Software functionality depends on the selected machine type, configuration and integrations.
3. Limits of liability
The operator or product supplier is responsible for products sold through machines, their fitness for sale, expiry dates, restocking and compliance with food safety requirements (including HACCP / VMVT). MB „Univendor“ provides equipment, technical capabilities, commissioning and support under agreed terms.
4. Intellectual property
Website content — texts, trademarks, logos, images and graphic elements — belongs to MB „Univendor“ or is used on lawful grounds. Copying or using content for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.
